Two of the most popular videos on my YouTube channel are "Wir haben Hunger - Full Version" and "Wir haben Hunger". The full version has a considerably higher number of views, but it has over 50% dislikes. When I look at my YouTube analytics, I see that a lot of people end up on my channel from a search on either Google or YouTube for "wir haben Hunger". It became clear to me that people really want a good version of "Wir haben Hunger", but neither of the videos I have up until this point could be classified as good.
The first "Wir haben Hunger" video I uploaded was simply an autotuned song from one of my classes full of students when we sang the song in class. I just put random pictures of Döner Kebab on the video to give the people something to look at. I like the video, but let's be honest, it isn't a good video.
The second "Wir haben Hunger" video I uploaded was just me playing around with an autotune app I had found on my iPhone. I found the lyrics to a longer version of the song and I hadn't seen anyone else do the full song on YouTube so I uploaded it even though I knew is sounded terrible. YouTubers around the world agreed that it was awful and awarded me a bunch of downvotes for my efforts.
After two failed attempts to make a decent "Wir haben Hunger" video, I decided to finally upload a new one as a part of the celebration of my channel series that I planned to say thanks to my subscribers for the 10,000 subscribers and 1 million total views. Here is the result of that effort.
